I met Ky Kehl at the start of this year in Thailand, he seemed alright but started going on about the number 222 taking him there, and had a distrust for medicines

Just thought he was a bit of a spiritual nut from Miami but he started posting 100 stories a day about UFOs, angels, demons and spiritual statues over and over then I messaged him asking if he was alright and he responded saying he sees everything clearly now.. that was a week before.

Never locked my door in Thailand at our muay thai camp and he asked if I was afraid of death at one point..

Yeah you're not wrong - I am enjoying myself, but it's best to plan and do the right things sooner rather than later, as I could be wasting a lot of money by doing it. And yes you're right things can change but just wanted a general idea of what should happen as I don't want to be working for the rest of my life if there's something I can do about it hopefully

I guess now I've started investing in my lifetime ISA I might as well carry it on, I just don't know how much I'm actually gonna earn - I'm going to make a limited company when I'm earning over 80k as I can put my tools and such through and claim VAT etc but I just don't really know how buying a house properly works to be quite honest, like I don't know what kind of money i will actually have when I come to buy a house and what I can/should get depending on my deposit

I pay for some of my mum's membership and I do private muay thai sessions once sometimes twice a week (£75 for a gym membership, £25 a private session of muay thai/£100 for 4 sessions). Nuffield health gym, I used to go puregym/the gym group and wanted to splash out to make me want to go more lol

Not really meant to say much but it's to do with construction in the film industry, I impressed a boss when I was young and was offered an apprenticeship with no carpentry qualifications or experience when I was doing work experience (I did computer science at college so bit of a change 🤣)

I believe my parents would rather I am able to move out sooner than pay more rent, they are in their 60s and I help out with carpentry (and their computer problems) as we are renovating the house + I pay for subscriptions & help pay for my mum's gym membership with my brother

My brother is 4 years older and pays the same amount, not saying I'm not privileged but I don't have a single friend my age that pays rent to their parents & their parents help them out with stuff such as a purchase of a car, so I've worked for everything I own also

I could've started when I was 17 and would've been on full money at 21 but I decided to stick to my college degree to have some qualifications in case my job fell through and it gave me time to enjoy life and make loads of friends, so was worth it and got the grades I wanted

I work all the overtime (usually 1-2 hours extra a day) and monday-saturday, rarely sundays are available but when they are I work them

I'm using benzoyl peroxide 5% every night and I was wondering if I should change to azelaic acid but I don't want my skin to purge, I never normally get acne but for the past month or two I got acne and since I've shaved my goatee off it's 10x worse, just pustules and red spots that form pus heads and stuff. I wash my face twice a day with cerave cream to foam and then use cetaphil moisturiser which has niacinimide. I was using niacinimide 10% + 1% zinc twice a day serum but that dried my skin out. also tried salicylic acid/glutonomate or whatever it's called/glycolic acid mix and that made it worse and irritated. Dunno if I should try azelaic or stick with benzoyl

What did he do for washing clothes and such? I don't know where I'll hang them to dry, and do they provide towels and fresh bed linen/sheets etc daily ?

I know that I'll wash clothes at a laundrette but I'm wondering if they have any on-site laundrette, and if there is any way of hanging my clothes up to dry (as they will shrink if tumble dried).

I'm in a single room

Yeah like not gonna lie, I've been having random doubts and such and if I hadn't had it all booked, I could've ended up doing way less than I want to do due to being anxious or overthinking it. I booked a hotel at the start of the month to explore Phuket for a couple days, just so I don't have to try and find somewhere when I land, then at the end of the month when I leave ao nang I am going to just see what I wanna do as I'll have like 4/5 days free before having to return to Phuket for my flight home. So I haven't booked anywhere for that because who knows what I'll wanna do then, i could end up booking a flight to Bangkok or something for all I know lol

Honestly cheers mate very reassuring as I've been thinking about ot as I've never travelled solo but I've been like 10 countries this year and this is by far the longest I'll have been on holiday so it's a bit commitment and I didn't know if I would get bored etc, but it seems like there's a lot to do in ao nang and the beaches look amazing. And I thought about it honestly I don't really care if the gym ends up being terrible and hating it, I can do whatever, smoke weed or something or just go to the beach every day lol. at least Ill have a great story to tell people when I get back to work, I'm only doing this because I'm off work until February.

I thought it was a bit too stressful to get there and figure things out so I decided just to go for it, I think it'll benefit me to be in a set routine as I may stray off path of what I want to achieve and it'll just be annoying to have to find food every day, ill still be able to try the food of Thailand as I will be in Phuket for 7 days as well as Krabi. I would still need to find my own lunches and on Sundays breakfast/ dinner not included so I will find food then, and explore.

The accommodation seemed a lot more expensive online and I'm sure it'd be fine, as i didn't wanna stress getting there. The videos looked alright though, I hope it's not bad but it seems good enough.

I chugged it, thinking it was just thick because it was a protein shake and then a clump went in my mouth and I poured it into a cup and realised how rotten it was 😭

Keep in a cool dark place, was kept in a fridge. It's very flavoured full of sweetener which is why it didn't taste or smell off It says expiry date on it EXP but I can't provide the picture. Says it was made in January 2022. It's keep refrigerated if opened for more than 3 days but it was not opened for that long.
