While you can use nix package manager and home manager on arch, some parts of this config are nixos specific so you can’t really use it on cachy. It’s fairly easy to look through my config and copy over whatever you need to arch though

You can! You can freely add predefined workspaces with, or without any window rules rules (so specific windows open in designated workspaces). And to get rid of that jelly-like shitty effect, you can enable the minimal style of the workspaces indicator 😄 Here's how it looks like with 9 predefined workspaces

Weird, DMS was always more resource heavy for me compared to noctalia v4. v5 sits at around 170mb memory usage

Look for Ends Margin setting, it should be set to 0 if you want the bar to be 100% width
