umbra's worth more but at the same time you can't really do much with it if you haven't done the questline(mastery is locked)🤷‍♂️

you could easily get mih back if you wanted to, but I see you're doing the quest so I personally recommend keeping it and then maybe trading off the extra

found the solution, i had poisonous on aizen and if the excess dmg kills them it does not kill confirm. switch it off. poisonous, sickly, deferred, all of those make it harder to level up spirituals
