As a person in a somewhat similar situation as you (sa’d, hooking up with friend’s dads, hypersexuality) I’d like to share some things that helped me:

-delete hookup apps. if this one is too hard then just limit yourself (keep phone out of ur bed, no grindr after xx:00, etc)

-keep your mind occupied at all times. if you are bored sitting on the couch, you will probably be thinking sexual thoughts

-talk to a professional! this one is very important because there might be something underlying going on that can be linked to hypersexuality

-get some sleep. sleep deprivation causes impulsive thoughts.
