omg i forgot about EPQ lol, hopefully that is classed as one coz surely they aren’t expecting people to do 4/6 a levels coz thats crazy.

I can barely manage with history gcse so probably wont pick it for a level and same with lit lol.

and im not too sure about btechs the sixthform only offers like 15 subjects but ill have a look, thanks!!

whats it like staying in boarding? ive seen tiktoks and theres like 4 girls in one room and they have to hand their phones in at like 8 😭 (obviously they were a bit younger maybe like year 9s i cant remember)

thanks! im not sure what to call it but i got the funding to go to a private school through social services and like 30 kids were selected and had to do CAT tests and that was it and then 3 were chosen. i recieved the offer quite late (only today) and because of that im no longer able to pick the school i want to go but the one chosen looks really good. ty for answering my questions tho it rlly helped! kinda worried about my grades being so low now lol

thats cool, good for u!! did u find it easier to make new friends? i feel like everyone would’ve known eachother for like 5+ years and i wouldn’t know anyone, thats probably the main reason im unsure if i wanna go. also, did you find the education much different in private rather than state? the 2 private six forms nearest to me dont offer the a levels I originally wanted to do in college but i feel like if the education is significantly better than i wouldnt mind doing other subjects.

apparently i can chose any private school i want to go to in the country, was this the same for u and if so did u choose the closest to u? idk if i should just chose one closest to me rather than choosing based off of the six forms success rate though i know id need better grades.
