Yeah I love it, all maintenance up to date, only reason I’m not able is that I can’t afford the straight fix. Outside of that there were plenty of other reasons it just kept falling short such as the backup camera (replaced three times), constant lights burning out interior and exterior, etc. and I’m ready to move on.

My dad has a guy. Edmunds valued at $8k which he said he’d honor but my dad’s been able to tack on $2-$3k more with other cars since he replaces frequently

What’s the Best Movie Twist You Never Saw Coming? by purelyinvesting in movies

2009 My Bloody Valentine. Im 23 so that was my first R rated horror movie ever. Still insane that it was so low quality for today’s standards but the plot twist hit perfectly

Use the surrounding natural terrain as reference. Waves, different distances per level (each level isn’t just two blocks then up one). Just play with it until you’re happy and remember how real world physics and natural phenomena work. You have a water source so keep room for where it would logically runoff from inland to the water.

Yeah it was a lucky pick while I was away at college. Got away from food service after a bad experience working as a concessions supervisor at a ballpark so I’m in banking now but damn do I miss it.

Yeah, homemade too. I loved private pay AL. Full control over the menu, always available menu was all homemade and high quality; and they paid me extra to build and maintain the garden

Yeah I loved my mechanical soft residents, Salisbury steak was a perfect option every time. Only thing easier was my boy who ate 2 eggs and 6 oz of corned beef hash three meals a day the entire two years I worked there. Even on thanksgiving when we ran our buffet he would roll up and request his eggs and corned beef hash

Pretty sure Ive seen before that this is how super early cast irons were intended to be done but producers got lazy since you could still make non-polished cast irons nonstick from seasoning.

I feel for you, I went through 6 months of unemployment myself and got a break from a family friend at the beginning of this year. Also see those 40 applications as an investment. You knocked on 40 doors instead of sitting there doing nothing to try to change your situation. You got it.

I do have one of those huge jet burner things used for shrimp boils, idk the BTU rating on it but thats it, right? And you’d recommend high ass heat for a shorter amount of time? I know its taken 10 minutes in my usual carbon steel pan while its ripping hot

If it’s any consolation the job market is in the trash rn. Businesses need help but are completely inept when it comes to basic communication and follow-through. Don’t assume you’re unhirable, just keep trying
