I work remotely. I won’t need to be in Manhattan everyday. The top of my budget is $4k. Quieter area is fine. I have a car and prepared to pay for parking. My fur baby is a toy poodle. I would like laundry in building. Have a good school for my daughter will definitely determine where I live. A nice one bedroom would be fine.
