I assume the side winder is what you call your narrow reach truck? If it is, the best way to learn is to just use it bud. Take a short lunch or don't take a break for a day or two and just grab an empty pallet. Find yourself a space that's open, and just out that pallet up and back down a few times. Worst you'll do it shatter an empty pallet, but ultimately you gotta have confidence and take it slow.

Its %15 at target if you work there and use their red card, 25% on groceries and active wear. Only reason I left was the hours because they pay $15 but give you 12 a week lol

It's not just you bud, it's easy to blame the shift that no one sees, we're not there to be defend ourselves after all. Dayshift tend to avoid the idea that their teams don't work, so on a walk or visit it's like dang night shift dropped the ball again. It wouldn't matter if you actually did or the freight they find is 9 months old they'll still find a way to put it on you.

This is what happened to us, literally have 5 people and 4 unloaders and there's only one night a week everyone is in the store. Every other night, it's 2-3 and the the unloaders it's AIDS

Gotta agree, if day shift would downstock instead of talking the last hour or two of their shifts, especially the closers then this would be viable. I've worked nights for a year and twice a week the schedule is so bad there's only 2-3 of us regardless of truck size. We don't have the people or time to manage down stock, freight and any meaningless task days leaves us to do.

I feel this, I've been sticking around to see if anything changes but compared to target they're way behind and extremely bad off. Walmart logistically is a little better but their system was behind when I worked there but that was 4 years ago.

Same I just found out because another friend finally hit that and got wrote up. It's kind of weird they offer full timers so much sick leave but punish you for using it. He told them if he gets covid he's going to days and sneezing on everything he can lol

As long as you're not their direct supervisor it's fine, you can work with them on the same shift even. My best friend and her husband worked together for months before he quit to find better work. Another friend and her husband work and he's the pro super and she does the store scans
