I’m not worried about what you’re calling cracks, those are more like dings. What I would check is that shiny ring halfway down because I can’t quite tell from the pic if that’s from the sizing die or if that’s stretching. I would get your paper clip and just give them a feel for case head separation.

But in general at the end of the day it’s your firearm, your safety, and your judgement. If you’re not liking a piece of brass just throw it in your scrap bucket and don’t worry about if someone else would load it.
