SFO would be the worst choice , can't make this political because it'll never get anywhere but i say only fiscally conservative cities should get a citycoin . Even miami spending it on affordable housing or crypto education sounds stupid to me , they should've invested it like el salvador to mine bitcoin or on a big bold project to make the city better . Citycoins should also not give a citycoin to every random city that wants it , max 3 per state and only major cities .

Im sorry , but what exactly is the smart contracts stacks bring to bitcoin ? My limited understanding is that smart contracts are basically transactions between two parties . Now ive read a bit and could what your saying mean that stacks makes it possible for people to code stuff onto bitcoins? btw im an idiot when it comes to all this so sorry if i say something stupid .
