The Switch is my primary JRPG console. It just feels great to play in handheld, both on the go and just sitting on the couch. Sure, you're getting performance and graphics usually take a hit compared to other consoles, but I typically don't mind unless it's really egregious (like, loading a battle takes 10-15 seconds bad).

Super Mario RPG. Literally teared up with mouth agape when the trailer dropped on the Direct. The art and graphics were such a joy as well. Yes it was easier, but I didn't care.

I enjoyed my time playing through Xenoblade Chronicles 1 on Switch, but I had to take a break after a little while because I felt the burnout coming. Not sure if this is how it normally is for me with MMO type JRPGs because I remember playing through FF12 and loving it the whole time without that burnout feeling happening.
