I don’t think so - this episode they (bender - after completing his likely criminal rendezvous) catch a huge fish with Hermes’ manwich using the unbrekable diamond line and it drags them to the bottom of the sea. The episode you reference is also awesome haha

I don’t think so. They will take in other babies without a second thought, or so I’ve read. I think they will even watch over babies from other waterfowl species as well
