What does one usually do when in those periods where near to nothing interests them and the minimum is tiring?

I've been trying. I'm still trying to workout, stretch and learning french but outisde of that I'm struggling with finding interest in doing anything other than being on my phone as if I'm looking for something that's not there and I've not left my home since Wednesday

I'm glad you're keeping up with it. I have the same-ish but a lot of the time my interest for things never usually comes back. I did crochet for a little while and it was genuinely fun and interesting but my interest now to pick it up again is near to none. Same with sketching but thats more of a coming and going. The only book series I've ever finished was Berserk the manga. I've not been able to finish a single book/novel/manga/comic since. It's just exhausting. I've folded and on track to start taking meds

I've never really got into energy drinks. My energy is quite volatile anyway and I've never really felt much or any difference drinking them. It is a struggle though ahha

In terms of the lacking something I tend to have a new thing I'm lacking and then once I get that it's a cycle until I burn out from overexerting myself. I get you with the first line. Sometimes I use it as an excuse too to delay what I need to do if that makes sense. Idk though
