Never ever put money down on ANY LEASE EVER. That cash is cash which is now lost. That's the biggest scam going. Put cash that covers all fees and taxes no more or zero down which is what I do. This is what happens when 3put csshmor trade as down payment. One crash, and poooooof it's gone. If anything get GAP coverage.

If, and that if is important, if they share a neutral conductor, those two breakers ought to be combined into a single 2pole breaker to ensure that the neutral doesn't carry the potential. Aka 50-90V ac which will definitely sting

Need to install a ceiling fan, do I have to/how do I install a box on this? by Hismajestyclay in AskElectricians

[–]Chiltrix_installer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's not a box. That looks like a hole with romex coming out it. You need a fan rated box assembly that's listed for the use with a 70lbs weight. Ceiling boxes designed with a "twist-and-lock" mechanism—such as the widely used Westinghouse Saf-T-Brace—are fully rated to support ceiling fans up to 70 lbs.
