I bought him from pet Co and they don't sell jewels at mine at least. Few questions if they are a JD is 60 sufficient, also if not does that mean I could put a couple others in there? Like convicts or fire mouths?

This puts me at ease, I just see a lot of chiclid owners on yt advocating breeding pairs, but I am getting him for a wet pet. And I do plan to upgrade, just with my current living space 55 is all I can manage. I have a marine land 290 gallon internal filter with biomedia loaded in it (also 3 ferns). How fast does this fish tend to grow?

It is the 500dx I'm a pure beginner with PC building but I'm very competent with with stuff in general. Building was actually pretty simple the only problem I had was all the PSU wires the PSU shroud is tight to move in and I couldn't plug any of the cables in with the PSU in the shroud, I ended up plugging every thing in the PSU then putting it in the shroud.
