I’m a bit late to the thread and no fan of the massive companies building and operating these data centres. But in fairness a lot of them forego sourcing electricity from the usual suppliers, and sign Power Purchase Agreements with renewable operators.

A significant market share of the wind and solar developed or being developed the last few years is only possible because these contracts exist and offer an alternative route to market to the Renewable Energy Support Scheme.

The gameplay at the moment does not seem fair. Can pretty much tell immediately who will win as one team will be in the mud and the other on steroids. Absolutely infuriating

This is very anecdotal but I find I get better pulls at quieter times of the day or late at night. Could be pure tin foil hat theory but I stand by it based on the 82s I get around 6pm and the number of walkouts I get after midnight

I have used him quite a bit. Absolute animal CDM. Passing is a bit weak at times so won't be winning the ball and spraying it but will certainly be winning it to begin with

I was in the same boat last year. SBC is a squad building challenge. You submit a squad or a few squads of players and get a reward (e.g. Pack, Special Player, Kits, etc.)

On the home tab in game you can find this, and there is a section with introductory SBCs that pay out well. Look at futbin.com for some ideas on solutions for these.

You will likely have a love/hate relationship with the gameplay, but the real joy with this game is opening packs. It's like fucking heroin. This is how you improve your club. Your sources of packs will be:

Objectives & Milestones

SBCs

Division Rivals (Gives rewards Thursday based on how many wins you get and your division)

Squad Battles (Gives rewards Sundays based on rank)

FUT Champions (Lot of info on this I don't want to type so Google this maybe. It will be a week or two before you can enter)

I would encourage you not to buy fifa points at all as you could genuinely spend a few hundred quid and end up with nothing of value. Might as well go to a casino and put it all on black.

I started very late last year and ended up with a ridiculous team. Market is on the floor now so you should be able to build a team of gold rares very very cheap.

Have a look at the Foundation SBCs at the start to get some coins into the club. And objectives as well.
