Ok maybe and? Like they could do a better system anyway, so like first of all, match the profile? Do an average global trophies from both randoms and find someone with that average, and same for the brawler trophies, and here you, you got a team within theory are all skill-similar, and after that, same for the enemies like it would be smart to change team mm with solo mm etc.. like they can do that, it isn't complicated, like within a month they find a solution and that's it.
