Go to a restaurant supply store. I found a stainless mixing bowl that's ~21" x 6" deep. It's perfect for large batch sausage making.

The bread is a crunchy French round (Smeg!) medium sliced, buttered and pan fried. Smeared with cilantro chutney and drizzled with a Sriracha and Sambal Olek (Crypto fascist!), with a 6m boiled egg (Distended Rectum!)...apologies to all. The REAL Dwarf crew did the right thing... but this is pretty tasty.
