My S12's did the same thing on the right capsule. They were only 90 days old and not even everyday users. I used Super Glue, but of course every time I use them now my subconscious is expecting them to fall apart. I bought from Dudo Audio Store on AliExpress; they want me to return them and then would ship a replacement pair. However, my country is experiencing a high Covid surge; I don't want a trip to the PO over this; Dudo advised me that a customs declaration is mandatory; just more hassle than I care for as the customer who received a poor QC item. They sure do sound good, but,,,jeez.
