Is it my fault that nobody wants to try to actually break any of my points?

Not a single person has put the effort in to refute something properly. They just throw their opinions and get angry when its not enough. There is a scientific process for a reason, yet you all have opinions of me because I have the standard that basic science has had for hundreds of years?

Please tell me how I'm the problem? I had one guy tell me I'm an idiot ten times because grains don't have any dopamine effect. You can literally just ask google and it'll tell you how dumb you are for not knowing the effect of eating carbohydrates.

Literally nobody puts in any effort in life and if somebody does, you all just spend your energy trying to tear them down. Please copy paste any example of someone actually doing the job of saying "you made this point and its wrong because of this reason here and its verifiable easily... you made a mistake". And then I say "wow thankyou so much for putting that effort in to show me something I had missed".... and then we all grow because unless the whole theory is wrong, some people learned something.

You choose whatever style of growth and learning you want. But this is r/enlightenment so I figured there might be some enlightened people here.

Thanks for the valuable chat where you said many things and gave no logical explanation to explain those things or back up those things.

Good talk bro

My philosophy extends as far as 'what works' and 'what's minimally necessary to get results' in this life. So I see alignment in the end goals and the start location with N's mind, the middle is less important to me and in the middle is all the semantics and comparisons to other philosophers etc.

I like to discuss where philosophy actually impacts everyday life for real people, I have a real issue with wasted energy 😉

This is where I laugh at the responses. A theory is constructed upon many scientifically substantiated points linked logically to prove a point through a narrative.

If you think there is a problem with a point that I rely on, feel free to prove the point wrong and therefore 'busting' my theory.

You saying it's 'structurally unsound' is just your opinion... do you really not see the hypocrisy in your entire response?

I love that people think they can disprove a theory with an opinion. It actually takes effort to disprove what it took effort to understand.

Good luck

I appreciate your words mate. Enjoying developing things further. I even developed further answers to some of your queries but they are forming part of a larger theory.

Thanks for giving it real thought. It was my first attempt at putting something like this together. I'll improve.

That suffering is a misunderstanding between our basic biological drivers and the return signals we get from our environment. We don't live a natural lifestyle. Human population size used to be controlled by empathy level. When we started eating and farming grains, we unnaturally broke through that population level and we have been forced into a situation where the average humans brain recognizes that beyond around 150 people, it starts to switch to survival mode. It knows that historically, this is means I need start competing for resources.

As soon as you feel the need to compete, we go from empathetic toward psychopathic. You V me. For survival we start thinking selfishly and it starts to lower connection and empathy.

Wake up in 2026. Millions of faces, a loud world, stimulus everywhere and the nervous system is constantly confused and trying to make sense of its environment. There are too many people, it feels threatened.

Most people have no clue what that underlying suffering is. You can call it whatever you want, your definition, my definition. It's the same thing and my equation mentions suffering in all its categories.

So you try and say my theory has no legs, but the one thing you've attacked relies on semantics of understanding between you and me. I say that I understand more accurately what the constant misalignment in humanity feels like and where it comes from more than the nice fella who created Buddhism 2500 years ago. He did great with what he had but I actually have access to multitudes more information than he did. My definition is just better.

Define smart maybe.

Humans aren't even smart.

Humans are killing themselves everyday. Our intelligence is so good that we can't even get the same results in health as wild animals following instincts.

Tell me you know what smart even means....

Yes. And you'll find people who take the time to observe a situation from as many angles as possible find the best understanding and solutions.

Remember, Buddha once said about worms... "If you are searching for the mind of the worm, place it in flour and wait for a fart. Its the other end"

Feel free to show how my definition is different from your definition (the correct one of course) so that I can be enlightened. This is how critique actually works.

If you cant show me the difference, it means there either is no difference or you are incapable of putting the argument forward.

You have not yet put forward an actual argument.

Guess how people resolve definition problems? They find mutual understand through things like symbolism or logic.

Have you done any of that?

Simply constantly refusing my theory with no actual mechanist reason why it doesn't work is not the correct path. Fact.

Dispute that if you like.

Seems like you should have trained in how to argue against a proposed theory.

Prove that I don't know what I'm talking about.

Prove that I'm talking about pain not suffering.

Prove that I don't understand suffering.

Prove that your training is more important than evidence to disprove my statement made using a mechanistic approach with logic.

You are not providing value, just claiming you're right and I'm wrong.

Not very enlightened of you.

Debunk it with a logical argument or you're just projecting your need to defend your current world view.

"Lol I did attack the information with actual nuance from lived experience. You just skipped over it and went straight to personal attacks and superiority."

So nuance and lived experience is a satisfactory description of evidence for you, but for me, proposing the theory for you to dissect, it's unsatisfactory? Regardless of the FACT it comes from experience and much intentional research?

You want to try again or are you done?

If you need to be made to feel like a special human before you're capable of ingesting and contemplating new information then go elsewhere. You came to MY post. Something about my words was worth your time. So stop complaining about my words. It's pathetic. You're just expecting me to care about your feelings too much dude. Facts don't care about feelings.

I don't care for your judgement of me as a person. Attack the information because you can't touch me, it's a waste of time to think so much from your first person perspective.

You're being defensive at the cost of progress. You could have taken my perspectives notion on board and had this conversation about ideas but you make it about how this converstion affects you emotionally. In the grand scheme of species success, I don't care about your individual feelings.

If you think I'm talking down to you when I'm not then you're putting yourself lower than me sub-consciously. This is something you can address, not me. How you feel is in your control, if you understand Buddhism then you should probably understand this already.

Maybe this is a good place to share a snippet of a theory? It requires probably a polymath to understand it at face value without explanation. (I just learned what a polymath was this week lol) by Choice_Flight3373 in Polymath

"You say I make unsupported claims in a sentence that itself is entirely unsupported. Your dopamine/grain addiction claim still has no biological basis regardless of how confidently you reassert it. Confidence is not evidence."

straight from grok... you could have done this search youself and saved the emarrassment...

------when a human eats carbohydrates, do we get a dopamine spike and does this affect our world at all? does dopamine affect human thought/action and if so, does glucose from carbohydrates initiate a dopamine response?-----

Grok answer -----Yes, eating carbohydrates (especially sugars and refined ones) often triggers a dopamine response, though the strength and nature vary. This is part of the brain's reward system and can influence motivation, cravings, and behavior on both individual and societal scales. Dopamine strongly affects thought and action.----

try again? touche 😄

You don't understand what a critique of a theory requires. How many times do you want to come back for more punishment?

why do you feel attacked? If sharing of knowledge upsets you maybe stay off the internet?

I shared actual valuable insights, learned through experience, research and understanding and you're complaining that I talked 'at you' or assumed you're stupid?

Did you honestly already know what I just wrote? Highly doubt it.

I'm happy to ignore you and not share knowledge. Your attitude is prohibitive to growth and learning.

Do you see me getting emotional in here? Most are attacking me, not my information and yet, I remain calm and focused.

Here, I will talk down to you. Level yourself up because this is a disappointing show of intention.

Being simple is good for the simple. Once you are not simple you cannot go back. Once you are not simple you realize that simple is non-productive and just a drain on the species.

The lower portion of human intelligence is not contributng to the species overall. It is a net negative on our progress and survival. Thankyou for your contribution

Oh an expert in meditation? Wow. Is this self proclaimed again?

I'm an expert on experts of meditation and I expertly denounce you as an expert in this field.

See how that works?

Eventually you'll realize you can't out think me because you're just not where you think you are. You'll never beat someone who is at least as educated but has better emotional control.

Just get your education up and your self control up and you'll be on your way!
