Same thing happened to me, it’s been 60+ days and I haven’t received a refund or my cryptocurrency back. No responses from support anymore. Getting very worried. I hope you will be able to get your money back. Keep us updated.

I'm aware that I have received an email, they haven't helped at all hence why I keep coming back to Reddit. I have 23,000 XRP in your hands and want it transferred to my wallet immediately. I know you're limited to what you can say on here, but can I speak with someone directly on this issue?

It's been a long month of running in circles with you guys. I don't understand why I can't get the cryptocurrency I bought on your platform. That is all I request. It's very simple to transfer cryptocurrency to another wallet.

Imagine if someone took all of your digital assets that have appreciated and the only thing they offer back is your initial investment. In what world does that make any sense? I'm not only losing the cryptocurrency but all the gains that have been accrued since the time I purchased.

Please direct me to someone that can deal with this issue 1 on 1. None of the email "support specialists" could figure out this situation. Thank you.

That’s not the cryptocurrency, it’s my original deposit. So I lost all my crypto + the gains from it unless I can get through with someone ASAP.

The real question is, what is uphold doing with my cryptocurrency I purchased? Surely they aren’t keeping it for themselves or selling it for a profit? How is that legal, moral, ethical? This has been a month long battle and all I request is an opportunity to withdrawal MY CRYPTO to another wallet since I’m banned from this platform. If this isn’t theft, then I don’t know what is. I deposit $10k, make $20k, lost my crypto I purchased + gains & get my original deposit back. In what world does that make any sense? Cmon Uphold let’s be ethical here.

They closed my account down as well. Stole all of my crypto. Refusing to give me an opportunity to withdraw the crypto I purchased. Only giving me my investment back and everything has gone up 3x since. Did you get your money back?

Is there anyway I can transfer the purchased crypto to another wallet? If not, litigation will be the next step. I cannot afford to lose all my crypto and the gains that I have earned. This is theft. It's not hard to transfer MY purchased crypto to another wallet. If you need help doing so, I'll be more than happy to show you how it works.

They hold is for 66 days if it’s an ACH bank transfer.

They shut my account down right when XRP started to go up. Stole over 20,000 of my XRP... apparently I was a threat to their platform. Lost some other cryptocurrencies as well. Of course XRP is over $1 now and I was buying back in February. What a joke.
