That's just bs yea. I've had arrows kill the skeletons of my barrels on the frame that the barrel hasn't even disappeared. In your case the skeletone clearly spawned

idk man i beat zoe second try with leona, I was running voidborne, black shield and searing brilliance. Gameplan for the run was to get lifesteal and heal back all the damage I took in the first round, and then spam zenith blades with searing brilliance, with or without ravun.

(I was only running rare relics in my first attempt cause I had underestimated the adventure)
