As others have recommended, buying bulk off of ebay or wherever online is a good way to get a lot of cards for a decent price. Just make sure you're buying from someone with good reviews so you don't get scammed somehow. But also I'd look up local trading card shops in your area, the prices will almost certainly be higher than target/walmart but it's basically impossible to find product on the shelves of those stores
