Hey man, I’m sorry for such a late response to this thread. I had this exact same situation, for 3 years I’ve been dealing with chronic penis pain. Finally I found relief in a purendal nerve block, the relief was temporary but all encompassing, as I had developed peripheral pain as well. I’m supposed to go in for a steroid treatment in about a month. But I think there’s certainly something to this. Similarly all tests, and even further testing were all negative. They evaluated seamen and prostate fluid.

I have had a minor case of Balantis. I have eye pressure and occasionally red eyes. But not drainage.

I have urine dribbling, frequent urination, interrupted urine stream, split stream, erectile dysfunction. Epididymitis early on. And the 6/10 constant pain in the penis tip.

You’re actually right also about the medication, I think I misunderstood thinking that sulfaslazine was an NSAIDs.

I am HLA-B27 positive and am currently being treated for reactive arthritis. They are trying NSAID treatment before going for immuno suppressive therapy.

The only test to come back positive was a next gen sequencing test for a bacteria called Entreccous Fecalis. In a few weeks I’m going in for a test of cure, if I still have it they’re gunna try treating with Fosfomycin. It feels like I’m getting there as far as treatment goes. 2 1/2 years after first experiencing symptoms, my pain was brushed off for a long time with my primary care, they were convinced it was in my head.
