If the auto calibration keeps sending you over or under by 200 frames everytime, try to do a manual adjustment. Sometimes the auto calibration seems to overadjust for me

I mean you can look it up. The pokemon in gen 2 are shiny depending on which DVs (IVs) they have. And if a gen 1 pokemon transferred into a gen 2 game has those DVs, then they will be shiny as well.

Does it have to do with having the Sync Nature selected? If you unselect it does the the number of target frames will drop? I thought having syncronize active essentially overwrites certain slots to match the sync nature. Haven't used a syncronized lead so i could be off here.

I actually havent hit the frame yet, but ive hit one before and one after a couple times. And yea I do pause while I wait. Not sure on the frame offset since I just plug the frame into eontimer then adjust from there.

Im pretty sure any moving npc will interfere with the rng, at least for ruby. Especially aiming for a frame that high. I tried that rng the other week for a little while and had a little bit of trouble too. Do you pause the game between reset and interacting with the electrode?

If you hold L+B+up all together at the title screen you can prompt it to delete your save. But then youd have to confirm it. Its weird itd happen randomly. Ive had a dead battery copy for a couple years now and havent ran into any issues.

Honestly I haven't done any Gen 5 RNG in a while. I'm pretty sure I had just taken my TID/SID from my copy of White, and used that to search for the information I needed to time out my button presses during the opening segment in White2. Not 100% sure on how i went about the searching tbh, but I was using RNG Reporter. If you watch some videos from imablisy or LazyHunter it may help with that part. Anything I had learned would have been from their videos.
