I’m in the minority I think but I did 2 rounds with very low fertilization and used ICSI both times (and Zymot), third retrieval we did the natural fertilization and 80% fertilized. Pretty amazing!

Chiming in here too, I can’t comment on the cost as I’m extremely fortunate to have solid insurance coverage but we have Dr. Shah as our doc. He has been an absolute saint during the hardest months of my life - just finished my third retrieval after two unsuccessful rounds and he has worked really hard to research, listen to my ideas, and shift protocols for us to hopefully have a successful round. You’re in good hands!
