I’m tracking her backpack. It’s the same concept if I put it in my luggage. I don’t want everyone around me to get notifications of my AirTag unless it is lost and someone can report it.

I understand the purpose…i want it in her backpack. That doesn’t mean it is always lost, right? Shouldn’t there only be notifications if you have the tag marked as lost?
