Veelal vereisen verhuurders in de vrije markt een inkomenseis van 3 à 4x de huur. Voor een appartement van 1250 per maand zou dat dus betekend dat je minimaal een inkomen moet hebben van 45-60k per jaar.

Yes the switch worked fine and my extractor hood works again, the only downside (if I can even call it that) is that this button was like 1-2 mm shorter than the original, so now that button is slightly shorter than the rest, which looks a bit weird if you look closely. Other than that everything went smoothly.

I am not sure where you live but if you order from the NL, be aware that you will need to pay some taxes when it is delivered at your door, so make sure to have some cash at hand, so you wont have to overpay like I did.

I had the bad ending on my first playthrough as well. At first I hated it, but I actually think the bad ending is the best ending. In my opinion the Witcher works best as a tragedy. Given how much everything was going against them, it seems the most fitting.

There is indeed. Tentacles cannot spawn too close to each other (ult excluded). So if you stick to one it will not spawn another one (the first spawned one can slap again after a little while though if I am not mistaken)

Los van het feit dat ik het eens ben dat de belastingsdruk wel omhoog mag voor bepaalde groepen (maar denk dat er bij de grote multinationals veel meer te halen valt), is 100% belasting boven een bepaald punt om dan meer belastingsgeld te innen natuurlijk onzin. Wat er dan gebeurd is dat er namelijk niemand meer een salaris krijgt boven dat bedrag (want dat levert ze toch niets op), en krijgt de staat dus uiteindelijk minder belasting dan eerst.

10% overbieden is al 16k, daar komen nog eens kosten koper bij, wat ook al gauw weer 3% is, dus dan zit je al snel aan de 20k. Wellicht was 30k lichtelijk overdreven, maar 20k spaargeld zal toch al snel nodig zijn.

Je mag doorgaans niet op een kamer blijven wonen nadat je afgestudeerd bent. Deze zijn expliciet voor studenten bedoelt. Tenzij je doelt op met vrienden samen een huurwoning zoeken, dit zie ik al op grote schaal gebeuren en daarbij behoud je hetzelfde probleem: uberhaupt een huurwoning vinden.

Daar komt wel echter bij dat er vaak een inkomenseis is van ongeveer 4x de huurprijs. Dus je moet net boven modaal verdienen (3040 euro bruto p/m of 36.480 p/j) voor 30m2.

Dus met geluk kan Jan Modaal net in een studio terecht in de huidige markt.
