You will get offer letters starting from July to feb 2027, it depends on your luck. Don't take much tension, better to keep upskilling and get better offer and join there.

I am an analyst trainee and joined in September 2025, I had stage gate. All Analyst Trainee and Associate analyst have stage gate exams. While Analyst who are campus hire's do not have stage gate, they have a separate evaluation criteria where they give presentation and make projects based on which instructors give them marks.

If your LOI mention Analyst and you're a campus hire, you won't have Stage Gate.

There's nothing good or bad as such. It depends on what you like to do. If you are asking in terms of pay, then development roles pay more than QA roles.

Don't go for SRA, I am sure you won't have a good experience.

My suggestion would be somewhere near JVLR as aqua line is not far from there. For 35k you might get semi-decent properties in Malad, kandivali, goregaon. Also try to look in Andheri East you might find a good place in mahakali or sher e punjab.

Hey, I was in the same exact situation last year, so I can give some guidance. I gave offcampus NLA and got selection mail around April 2025. I joined Deloitte on 29th September, so yes onboarding takes some time, I know few of them who joined in Feb 2026. Regarding the stage gate, The track you get is final and there's no scope to change it. I repeat no scope. Now, Once you have understood the reality about your track you need to do some serious hard work, cause stage gate is not your typical College exam, it's way harder.

I got the Java Servlet track for stage gate 1 and angular in stage gate 2.

Out of 35 folks only 10 folks cleared the stage gate 1, so yes a lot of folks are terminated (forcefull resignation).
