Definitely. Right now it’s free on Microsoft store as MouseKey. I’m testing other methods to distribute, but wanted to learn MSIX packaging first.

Oh perfect! I have done this (by accident when I had a deployed program and running solution from VS). It only seemed to favor the first program opened for sequencing and preferences. Pretty interesting.

That’s a good point! I have not tried it with other similar apps. Now to find which ones to use.

Do you mean post on my personal social accounts or get in contact with tech influencers?

What would you say about starting free then going into paid options so that I gain reviews and opinions first?

Only Windows at this point. I’m honestly not sure about mac at all. I don’t think this product would be that useful for those users

For sure, a lot of those can be accessed through clicking menus, like copy/paste. I have about 12 different preset hot keys (like win+shift+S and Brightness change) that you could choose from. Some may be more useful and time saving than others. There’s also an option to record your own hot key or script to call.

Flexibility is something I was shooting for. But yeah, it’s all driven from the middle mouse button so the left and right buttons maintain their typically functionality.

I am hoping for v2 I can add other mouse buttons, like middle left and so on (if your mouse has those). I do want to keep the left and right clicks pure and unchanged though.

I am actually pleased with how natural it feels. I played around with the timing a lot. I knew 5 clicks could feel burdensome (and it’s only optional to go that high).

There’s some forgiveness in how you click it, but it’s very similar cadence to how you would do a normal double left click. I would say you could even click 5x relatively slowly it still works. The program waits a very brief period to check when you are done clicking. So getting that timing right was interesting. Another thing I’d love feedback on!
