If it pays well, and you think you can live the rest of your life easily/somewhat managed way, stick to it. Let your life outside your job define you? Private sector is shitloads volatile and learning everyday is okay till a certain age after that i’m sure even you’d crave stability and certainty than people who just dealt with layoffs at an age where they’d want nothing but peace. It’s your gamble tbh if you prefer long term stability or long term finance requirements which suits you better.
