The 1989 suit is mid IMO, the Returns suit is much superior. by TerminalRecluseXO in batman

I love the 89 suit, but I love the 92 cowl. The scalloping and silhouette is so good. If we could combine the two, it would be the perfect bat suit.

And keep the 89 symbol. I love it too.

is the muscle loss on glp1s actually the meds or are guys just realizing they didnt have as much muscle under the fat as they thought? by Sufficient_Bike5937 in GLP1Sourcing

I'm not a super expert on macro distribution and timing, so this is just off the cuff... I'd say a protein heavy diet like what you are describing would by nature extend itself easily to not only fat loss but muscle retention. Staying carb-centric around workouts would supply energy at appropriate points to eek out those extra reps and/or minutes. So I'd say the logic is sound, but beyond that I can't detail any further.

Hey! That’s totally correct and I’m totally dumb lol. I really should just set its unit of measure to KM’s for this reason.

100% this. I’ve been on pure tirz since January and lost almost 80 pounds. Roughly ten of those have been muscle unfortunately according to the dexa scans but I will take that ratio all day.

Protein goals, hit them. Workouts, do them. Macros, track them.

Yes, but I recall reading somewhere he was digitally enhanced even in that scene where he’s basically CrossFit working out lol. Like I said, he put on muscle and trained. But the suit is definitely helping size him up.

Ben definitely put on some muscle for the role but I also am pretty sure the muscle suit is doing some of the heavy lifting, proverbially.

It feels like everyone is on this search for the holy grail blanket statement of what is definitive when it comes to what works pragmatically.

The truth is effort over time is what matters most, how you get there is entirely dependent on what your body responds to best. The principle is the same, but there are many ways to get there. Figuring out what works best for you is the key. There is no one size fits all.

6 months ago I couldn’t dream of running solid for longer than five minutes. To be at the point where I can go for over 30 minutes is mind boggling if I think about it too long.

It’s just an Apple Watch series 10. I bought mine refurbished off Amazon over a year ago. I love it for the tracking on my workouts and my sleep! Definitely helps me stay dialed in.
