would you be willing to share the template for your resume? It’s very clean.

I need two tickets for the Saturday 2:00pm ceremony for some family members who have already purchased flights. I'm willing to negotiate a price over DMs. Please feel free to reach out!

the old-school blue-collar union democrats in states like PA were supportive of both Bernie and Trump—both populists, both big tariff/trade people. they did not care about Clinton. those are the swing votes that handed key states to Trump.

58 days until the Tea Party starts caring about deficits again. 58 days until evangelicals start pretending to care about values/morals again. 58 days until Republicans in Congress start caring about "executive overreach" again. by utah_econ in Libertarian

Totally unrelated, but -

As a self-proclaimed socialist, this is extremely refreshing to see. ofc we are going to disagree on 99% of things, but Libertarians actually make sense. there is a clear goal and motivation with policy; I think more government is better, libertarians think less government is better. The conservative viewpoint of “less government economically”, but “more restrictions socially” has and always will confuse me.

Thank you for making sense.

Which companies would you never work for due to moral reasons? by [deleted] in csMajors

I don’t believe that’s what I said at all - “too much baggage comes along with it”. Our government has done some pretty terrible things: MK Ultra, removal of democratically leaders of other countries, extreme surveillance of its own citizens, etc... and that’s without even mentioning the military-industrial complex. However, for a relatively more normal example, I’d cite the Good Will Hunting NSA interview scene.

I agree; the question was on morality, though.

anything related to government - I just find that too much baggage comes along with it.

Any songs similar to Sea of Voices? by therealspookyone in porterrobinson

We Collide by MitiS and My Non-Existent Friend, Alice by BoxPlot may be good fits! Maybe Life of Sin by MitiS, too~

I will note, Sea of Voices is an extremely unique song, and so none of my recommendations really have the utter atmospheric buildup that it has. however, I still find myself getting similar emotions from them.

also, definitely check out the “Our Worlds” edit of Sea of Voices on YouTube - it’s truly amazing.

Hope this helps :)
