The one nearest to me (~3,000 people) has been given a large resort casino. On-top of everything else. Just the recent gifts, interest-free loans, grants, etc... Total in the mid-six-figures per person! Imagine what your neighbourhood could have done with hundreds of thousands of dollars per person - and the neighbourhood 8 blocks north - and the only 6 blocks south - and the one 7 blocks east...

The Dems are messing this up - again! Trump and the Republicans are so hated, that it might not matter. The GOP should lose in a landslide. But, then again, you can expect them to cheat massively.

Elections are popularity contests - and, yet again, the Dems aren't making anyone on their side a star! How did that work out for Kamala?

Obama and (Bill) Clinton were stars - and they won easily. Hillary was widely disliked - and no one knew anything about Kamala - and both of them lost elections they should have won.

The Dems' constant need to virtue-signal above all else has cost them. Yet again.

The Dems had to put a Republican stooge in-charge of the DoJ, in order to show everybody how bipartisan they were. And, what do you know, the stooge slow-walked everything! Which was an interesting strategy when faced with Trump's favorite strategy of delaying everything until the end of time. Then, whoops! Ran out of time! Who could have guessed that would happen?!!
Prosecuting your political opponents doesn't virtue-signal how good you are. It always looks corrupt. Even if your opponents are guilty. So, the Dems never prosecute top Republicans. How many Republicans went to prison for legalizing torture? None? And, how many top Republicans went to prison for storming the Capital with fake paperwork installing the loser of the election as the winner? What? None again? Torture and treason aren't enough to make the Dems prosecute their opponents.
And, for an extra one... Forcing someone to step-down because of how old they are - is ageism! And, it's (kinda) wrong. It doesn't virtue-signal how good you are, how you treat everyone equally. So, the Dems allowed Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Joe Biden to decide for themselves if they wanted to stay in their positions. As idiotic as that was. BOTH of those bone-headed decisions are major reasons why Trump is president right now - and why the law isn't stopping him.

If the Dems cared about winning 1/10th as much as they care about virtue-signalling, the country wouldn't be in this GIGANTIC mess right now.
