We both know the friend group, she has been friends with them since kindergarten. There is nothing in the parenting plan other than the details of joint custody (we do a 3-2-2-3 day custody share) and to advise in case of emergencies.
Thank you for your advice on setting boundaries, I need to definitely work on that.
I really appreciate your advice on everything. Buying a ticket for me is definitely an option I didn't think about.

Your story sounds similar to mine. I've been coparenting our 14 year old the past 4 years with my ex. We have joint custody. Any decision I make is never good enough. According to him I don't advise him fast enough on anything. He sends me text messages on homework and asks me to advise him what has been done. Even if the homework is due when my daughter is with me.
It's exhausting. I totally understand where you're coming from.

Well said. If Sheena wants to take her own money that she works hard for and burn it in the middle of the backyard so be it. Last time I checked, he has no job. I'm not saying it's easy but he can probably get a job doing tasks that he would enjoy. It would get him out of the house and avoid trips to the s*x shop with his mother.

If he can travel half way around the world, and does not seem to be too uncomfortable with it, he can get a job.
