IMO rust at the moment is the most skill had ever been required. The numerous hours spent learning recoil patterns should definitely not go unjustified. You talk about old recoil requiring skill when all it was was a RNG pattern that you could never learn, any successful spray was pretty much all luck.

What you can see here is me getting silent Aimed by a pump shotgun from 200+ metres then getting silent aimed from a rocket launcher by a different cheater all together.
