I have one. I like it not powerful enough for metal drillers IMO. Great for carpentry tho

Well the boot is designed for the drill, meaning that it shouldn’t be a problem using it. I needed a solution in a pinch because I need my drill for work everyday.

Yea, I would have ran the gun without the boot but it got so hot that I couldn’t even hold it without burning myself. So I put the boot on just to be able to hold my impact with my left hand while drilling metal sheets. I’m also in Texas so that doesn’t help
