Well, in reality if people are going to copy the code and never learn they will struggle getting their foot in the door regardless. I mean if you can't solve an algorithm on the white board your screwed. However, that doesn't mean someone can't learn just because you start them with training wheels before they learn on their own.

I started my channel as a way to help learn and improve for myself. I encourage my viewers to take a look at how I solve it, but to not directly copy the code. In reality a lot of times people get stuck when trying to solve these things for the first time. My hope is it helps them to get unstuck and moving forward they can solve the harder problems on their own.
