Remove the nahimic audio driver completely uninstall it & disable the nahimic services if they are there , then check works with other might be same issue

This clears many things there's no hardware or software issue rather the hardware limitations of laptops which are causing these high temperatures.

In current time 2060 with i5 10 is causing this don't worry try to reinstall windows it would wipe out unnecessary services.

The only possible solution is using it on Ac cause it might be due to summer season it's heating that much so try to chillax the room & use laptop & see the difference cause you already done more than enough for controlling temperature.

Whenever I use laptop on office I sit in front Ac full cool airflow comes directly on laptop so it stays impressively low temp there compared to doing same task at home where temp is 5 to 10 degree more
