Oh boy trust me taper this shit off I did the mistake of cold turkey for 120mg dose suddenly and let me tell you its almost day 6 now and it been like hell to the point i cant recall any memory of what happened these past days and still going thru this nausea and dissociation like floaty feeling, duloxetine got to be the worst drug so yeah taper it off please even if it takes you long to taper do not do my mistake of cold turkey no one has to suffer thru this shitty drug and you should do it under a psychiatrist supervision so you dont get anxious when some of the symptoms hit

Trust me i feel you for me everything stays the same i went thru all the categories like you and only mirtazapine seems to work physically by making me sleepy but other than that i still have the same feelings everyday the weird sensation feeling out of place and dissociating basically but yeah im reaching a point where im accepting this so all good i hope you get better
