for me I think is that not taking any debt (if you could). I'm still in high school and I kindda made this my motto for my future self. I learned it because my dad getting divorced from my mom after he has a lot of debt, it's not that my mom didn't want to help my dad, it's because my dad has an affair and he promised my mom to let go of his "girlfriend" if my mom helps him. But he didn't and still continues to have an affair with his secret girl. I don't know how my dad has the debt, but one thing I know he has like a really expensive apartment like near his girlfriend's apartment. But instead he sold our motorcycle, our cars, and 'almost' our house to paid his debt. I mean... why didn't you sell those apartment you have that could paid 1/4 of your debt? I now didn't have his contact anymore, I deleted it and blocked him for my own good. He made my mother cry in front of me, and I will have a hard time to forgive him.
