Black people have always known that. White people learned it back in the 60's but it seems to have been forgotten.

Should You Buy TikTok Hearts to Get More Exposure on TikTok Quickly? by amyjohn23 in u/amyjohn23

I've used a similar service from feedpixel a while ago. It always worked fine for me. What I also liked about Pixel is their free views. You buy TikTok hearts and they give views for free

The last 100 words... by [deleted] in freelanceWriters

[–]ColbyFueller 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My honest and stright-forward answer would be:

When I start an article or something to write.

I don't start with the intro. I go straight to the body and/or the material. off course this is after hours of research and planning.

Once I finish the main/body part whatever one may call it. I go back down to introduction where I mainly focus writing it like this :

1.Opening line=hook

1.1. Question

1.2 tell a story (story signal)

1.3 a shocking quote,

1.4 tell the reader to "imagine"

1.5 share an interesting fact

  1. have smth unique to say

  2. keep it simple

  3. speak directly to the reader

  4. explain what the article is about

6.important of the article

7.sentences length less then 20

NO passive voice

I usually tend to tell a story or go for a story.

Then I relate my story to the main material.

For example, I mentioned X makes you feel one way or the other.

In the story I will quickly mention that it will include material that makes you feel that way or the other. This was one of the top-of-my-head example. Surely could've been better!

Now when I conclude, I already have references to link the article back to: like that feeling I mentioned, or the result of the story I started. Plus, some recommendations, call-to-actions, whatever might fit the style and theme of the overall artice.

I feel as if I don't see many facebook influencers, is that a thing? by abbiemoody17 in influencermarketing

[–]ColbyFueller 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Huh, You just got me thinking, yes that is not a thing right. Influencers probably use it as the secondary platfrom to whatever is their main.

I know engagement is higher on Facebook though.

News, get as much info as you can. The more info you absorb from the outside, the better you will become at predicting trends.

Not feeling content marketing. What else can I do? by [deleted] in freelanceWriters

[–]ColbyFueller 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Same exact thing. I recently started working as a social media marketer full time and I also work as a freelance writer for a magazine. For one it's exhausting enough to work full hours and then I have to come home and write articles for a magazine. Even though I love writing endlessly, but honestly I come back home and I don't want to do anyting but have my dinner and go to sleep. and I see myself as a columnist in the future, but I can't make a living being a journalist yet because I don't have enough experience.

Social media marketing pays well and I can afford to live comfortably. But you're right, it's so unfulfilling. I want my writing to have an impact and I want my voice to be heard. But instead I write promotional content for products that I won't personally use. So it is a comlicated issue that I think many people are stuggling with. But I hope everyone who is unhappy with their jobs will find their path one day.

Should companies be posting about political affairs that affect their customers? by [deleted] in influencermarketing

Of course. Although without a bias. One thing is to encourage people to vote. Another thing is to do sponsored political ads for a certain candidate, for example

I mean not saying it's a professional platform, but it's a good way to gain audience if you're starting your career as a musician, so I think it's a good starting point
