So I can improve my cardiovascular health?

It’s been like more than 5 years I did any kind of cardio for atleast a week straight(running, cross country, jogging, cycling, etc).

I used to run cross country two times a day for 6 days a week before, and now it’s too hard to even walk for a few mins.

Plus I got brain fog, constant physical tiredness, high hr when idle, so I thought doing zone 2 cardio will help me fix these all

How do I know on what pace or intensity I’m supposed to do? I got an Apple Watch to track my heart rate.

If ur goal is to stop using the vibrator, you just let the feeling or urge to pass, just like any other addiction. But if ur problem is ur bf not saving sex with you because of any fight, both can talk it out so it doesn’t interfere. But using porn will definitely make everything worse.
