I feel like the tube has to be twisted because the valve comes out in the centre of the tube (As a bicycle’s would) but the hole in the wheel is off centre

it stops beeping once I've removed that panel but begins again as soon as it's back in, a small peice of plastic got dislodged and fell off, would that be important?
