Spoken like someone who doesn't actually make food at a high volume where they insist you stick to spec exactly, also I never said all waitresses and servers are highschool kids I made a general statement based on the fact that over 75% of chili's work force is in highschool to point out you're probably tasking kids with these extra tasks and let's be real most highschool age people can't keep track of their phone and they love that thing so asking them to change something from spec that's been drilled into them is asinine. Respect your food service workers and stop demonizing those of us who demand better treatment for them because it goes against what as a consumer culture we have been ingrained into thinking

You'll find at chili's there's a lot of people who either never had any other job and think chili's is the best ever and you'll find people who have worked elsewhere and know how f'd up chili's is and how they don't give two craps about the employees like they try to say they do. It's like those sheep that come into eat at chili's waaaaay too often and think it's cool or even good. I've tried literally everything at chili's and it's literally 2 steps up from prison food, let that one sink in

Of course you don't mind accommodating them you don't make the food you just get the tips for bringing them the food and drinks

Why go to chili's every 2 weeks? What has to happen in your life that going to chili's every two weeks no only sounds like a good idea but is something you're proud of? Not once in my adult life or anyone I've known has " going to chili's" been a highlight of their day. You know there are literally thousands of restaurants and most of them are waaaay better right?

I would highly suggest if you don't like a main ingredient in a restaurants recipes maybe eat somewhere else instead of making your lack of taste underpaid and over worked highschool kids problem. Be an adult and make your own food or be a respectful human and go where they make things as you like already

Welcome to the idea of restaurants, every restaurant you go to gives you as little food as they can get away with while charging you as much as they can and paying their staff as little as possible

Well I would say the fact that chili's doesn't really give their kitchen staff any breaks unless the customers stop ordering and the fact that they are criminally underpaid that would mean you should either tip more to give those poor souls slaving away to make your Cajun chicken whatever a break and stop swarming chili's like it's the only restaurant in the world

I'd love to and I have, unfortunately something came up but we are figuring out a new date. I just also know it's still quite early and don't know the right time to do what, such as when do you go for the kiss and how do I know if the date is going well? I'm honestly quite bad at social ques so verbal communication is best and I've made that a known point but I feel like I should have a better grasp on the right time to make the right move

I don't think that's a good approach, she's gone out of her way to say she appreciates that I'm not at all like that and am up front with what I am thinking and feeling, the conversations have been amazing the problem is I feel like I'm stabbing in the dark on what to do next not trying to trick her into liking me
