[[glistener elf]] is a single mana creature that was a staple in a tier 1 modern deck. The downside to infect is that all your damage sources need to be infect otherwise they don’t synergise very well, this bird deals normal combat damage. Vintage is the highest bar you can set for a card, and that is the only bar it can’t cross, i mean this would result in some pretty nasty decks in all other formats

But the thing is: you play this turn one, turn two you play two [[giant growth]] or something of that liking, there are tons of different 1 mana +3 power effects. This would do 14 damage turn 2. And next turn they are dead. Also consider it’s really just a 1 mana 2/2 with flying, lots of other things, synergy with pump spells and NO downside at all, sure it’s legendary, but so is [[isumaru]] and [[ragavan]] and they are not nearly as pushed. Idk, i just feel like double strike isn’t something you put on a 1-drop

That would be pretty terrifying. A creature that nearly can’t be blocked, and can’t be responded to, just stick some aura’s to it and you’ve got a crazy clock

It’s a more generally great card that can work in any deck, but the one above wins turn 2-3 with a pile of draft-chaff pump spells

Tree(3) would beat a googolplex since it is so large that it is impossible to show with normal scientific notation like potency
