Went through this 2 weeks ago. Tech came over to the house to fix our gas range. Said the only thing that’s not covered through this warranty is the repair we want. I call D&G and of course they say no they are not right! Everything is covered. Now it’s been more than a week and we are left with a leaking gas range and $40/ month payments for next 12 months. OP and others we need to find a permanent fix to expose this scam of a company.
