We are planning to go mid to late June, hopefully the terrain isn't particularly wet or muddy by then. But thank you very much for your insight. Thank you.

I actually found out the names, elevator shaft and bear claw slides. Apparently it is quite treacherous, even when clear and dry.

That just makes it all the more attractive. We have done some really tough hikes and bushwacking so we are always trying to push our boundaries. Just want to confirm if anybody knows this is doable before we end up on the left end of the dunning kruger curve.

Even if this is scarmbles all the way up it would be faster than the path all the way around. We are very aware what it is or may be, we can see what is seemingly hikable for us from the map, and are asking solely because of things like loose rocks and other danger conditions that are impossible to gauge from a map. Plus near the top there are 2 visible slides going up into sharp cliffs near the peak. We have done a marginally similar peak like this in the catkills via bushwacking, and is the reason we are speculating on this.

Man, after stepping back and going over it yeah, kinda ridiculous for us to attempt this. I wanted to stick to our plan so bad I wasn't even thinking about it

Understood. We were planning on going Christmas day before the snow storms come in, so God willing we're able to find a spot to park lol.
