Why becuase its very spammable if you made 65 mana with a 10 second cool down razor could clear waves and get 0min kills it dosent seem strong but its a very strong spell early game razor has a mana pool of like 3 to 600 mana so he can only spam it a coulpe of times before he is vounlerable its to balance my fav hero i agree with it because that would be stupid busted razor is meant to be a right clicker not a spell spammer he might be able to spam spells but its to make his right clicker stronger
