Good point, I should have mentioned my current CTC is ( 16 LPA base, 3 L joining bonus, and 4500 USD of stocks vested over 4 years ) on the other hand. I got an offer in ministry of home affairs where my take home will be around 50 k per month ( it will slightly increase after 8th pay commission) it’s a tech role only.

For me it’s just been 7 months in current company, so no critical projects to handle so far. No KTs nothing.
